Yes, you will get a tracking number when your order has left the warehouse.
How do I know that my order has been registered?
Right after you've placed your order, it will come a new page that says "Thank you for your purchase!". Then you get a confirmation email.
I have not received an order confirmation
If you placed an order with us and have not received your order confirmation, it may be because you entered the wrong email address when you placed the order. Please contact us at email@example.com and ask if we have an order registered to you, so we can correct your e-mail address, and email you your order confirmation. It may also be because the order has not gone through, then contact us before placing a new order, to avoid double orders.
I have not received any notification
If it has been 8 days after you placed your order and you have not yet received a notification, please get in touch with us immediately. It may be that the mobile number you entered when ordering lacked a number or such. Please get in touch with us as the package only remains for 14 days and then is sent back and we charge $22 for not picked up packages.
Can I return my order?
You may return your purchase within 14 days. At the bottom of our page in the black menu you will find "Return and complaints
" with the conditions. If you want to cancel a purchase before your order has left our warehouse, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org Have you placed your order at the weekend or after our closing time, you can also email us. Please not that we cannot guarantee that we have time to fix this before your order goes out, as our inventory is very fast in picking and packing.
What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
Your order will remain at your post office in 14 days. For goods that are returned to us due to the customer has not collected the goods we charge $22. This is to cover the double freight (to you and back) as well as for our picks and unpacking of goods.
How do I regret my purchase?

How do I send the item back?
How do I know if an item is defective / wrong?
You can e-mail us and tell us about the problem. We would appreciate to have images / pictures of the damage or what you perceive is wrong. Send them to firstname.lastname@example.org

Can I pay by invoice?
No, unfortunately we can not offer invoice payment method.
Can I order a poster in my own preferred dimensions or motives?
You cannot order our posters in other dimensions than those listed on the website. Unfortunately we don´t print customer's own motives either.
What kind of paper do you use for your posters?
We print our posters on matte 200gr uncoated premium papers. The paper is durable. We have chosen a matt surface and high quality feel without reflections.

At the bottom of the page, click on "Login" and fill in your username and password.
I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
Click the Forgot Password?
Enter your e-mail address and follow the instructions in the email. After you created a new password for your login, you can also change the user name you prefer to have.
