CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - Danish speaking

We are now looking for a Danish Customer Service Agent to be a part of our Customer Service team. A young team who always work together to ensure our customers receive the best customer experience possible.

As a Customer Service Agent you report to our Head of Customer Service, whose mission is to offer our customers a world-class shopping experience. Her strong belief is that the best results derives from collaboration, taking responsibility and being prestigeless.


YOUR MAIN JOB ASSIGNMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE

• Providing excellent service to the customers in our channels telephone, email and social media
• Help our customers by answering questions and solving their problem. Common errands may include solving issues related to shipments, payments or our products.
• Be the link between our customers and the rest of the company regarding feedback and continuous improvement suggestions.


TO LIKE THIS JOB WE THINK YOU ARE

• A service minded team player who loves to work in an international environment
• Excellent in writing and communicating in Danish and English, to be able to assist our customers in their local languages
• A person who always strive to exceed the customer’s expectation by providing service in a friendly, professional and helpful way 
• Structured and take responsibility for finalizing your own tasks properly at the same time as you care for what is best for the team
• A positive person who likes working in a goal-oriented environment

ENGLISH SPEAKING TEAM LEADER

We are now looking for a Team leader to be a part of our Customer Service team. A young team who always work together to ensure our customers receive the best customer experience possible.

As a Team leader you report to our Head of Customer Service, whose mission is to offer our customers a world-class shopping experience. Her strong belief is that the best results derives from collaboration, taking responsibility and being prestigeless.


YOUR MAIN JOB ASSIGNMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE TO

• Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
• Organise and maintain the daily plan to ensure that the team’s workload is optimized within the team
• Answer team member questions, help with team member problems, and oversee team member’s work for quality and guideline compliance
• Always strive to maintain a good team spirit, e.g. by arranging team exercises
• Have development dialogues and salary talks with team members
• Help our customers by answering questions and solving their problem. Common errands may include solving issues related to shipments, payments or our products.
• Be the link between our customers and the rest of the company regarding feedback and continuous improvement suggestions.
• Have previous experience from working in customer service and preferably in a role with some kind of leadership
