Embodying the air of old Hollywood sophistication, style icon and model Sofia Richie joined us for a busy shoot day in a stunning mid-century villa nestled in the Hollywood Hills. “I've done a lot of modeling, but this is the first time I’ve starred in a photo art collection, so it was a new experience for me. I really loved working with Desenio and think the whole collection is so elegant and timeless!” she says.

The L.A. native has a lot going for her; she just turned 24 and is already an international cover girl with an impressive 7.7 million followers on Instagram. Newly engaged to music executive Elliot Grainge, she tells us that they’re still in the working stages of their wedding but that it will “definitely be family focused”, with her dreams for the future being “focusing on my own brand and starting a family.”

Giving off serious Brigitte Bardot vibes, this collection captures the iconic Hollywood dream influenced by the fashion and lifestyle of the 50s and 60s. “I loved the looks we went for during this shoot; I have a huge love for fashion, so it’s always so fun to be able to experiment with clothes and makeup. Growing up with my mother, who had a fashion line at the time, definitely piqued my interest in fashion. It runs in the family.” Sofia says. “I think the collection tells the story of a strong and confident woman living her dreams, just like the women I look up to myself.”
